Many were present, from children to the deserving over-eighties who have shaped the history of Coldiretti and Pistoia's agriculture. And within the context of the Campagna Amica Market, a tasting of the 2021 vintage Evoca Toscano PGI, the extra virgin olive oil born from the collaboration of many small businesses, was presented on the occasion of the 71st Provincial Thanksgiving Day.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4>Among the ten winners is also our beloved Osvaldo, whose award reads:<\/h4>\n<p>Osvaldo Panconi, 81, from Pistoia: still actively grows magnolias. He is the founder of the Panconi Nursery (now run with his daughters), specializing in the production of these trees, which can reach remarkable size. Over half a century ago, Osvaldo Panconi decided to allocate part of the land then used for traditional crops to plant magnolias.
